We shape leaders and teams to perform – especially under stress.
Organizational Culture Development
Identify your team culture. Balance key orientations for performance.

In 2025, in Jordan, we conducted an organizational culture for an international development organization, and designed a “Team Collaborative Framework” to capture the newly imagined culture.

In 2024, in Iraq, we assessed the organizational culture of the UN System defining new ways of inter-agency engagement.
Team Development & Retreat Facilitation:Create space for reflection and renewal. Build trust and collaborative excellence.
Great teams don’t just perform — they align, adapt, and connect. Momentum designs team development processes and retreats that build trust, clarify roles, and ignite shared purpose. We help individuals find their unique place within the team, while forging collective identity and strategic coherence. Each engagement is tailored to its moment — from navigating new structures to deepening cross-functional collaboration or preparing for high-stakes delivery.
Our methodology blends strategic facilitation, experiential learning, and purpose-driven storytelling. We use tools like role plays to build empathy across functions, guided self-reflection to reveal personal leadership, and RACI exercises to untangle roles and accountabilities. We also believe in the transformative power of physical, playful collaboration: many of our retreats are held outdoors, where teams engage in movement-based challenges that unlock new patterns of connection and co-creation. Whether indoors or under open skies, we help teams move from cooperation to cohesion — and from coordination to collective performance.

In 2024 in Lebanon, we facilitated a team building retreat and training for a UN agency, engaging 250-staff through role plays and gamified team collaboration exercises.

In 2025 in Jordan, we facilitated a team development workshop to improve and sharpen the way a UN Country Office works on the ground and captured conclusions in a team collaborative framework.
Crisis Performance Training:
A newly emerging service – Prepare for performance and control in high-pressure
environments.
In crisis settings, performance isn’t just about what you know — it’s about how you show up. As a new experimental service line, Momentum offers immersive seminars that equip frontline professionals and teams with the physical, mental, and emotional tools to sustain clarity and impact under extreme pressure. We help individuals understand and manage their physiological stress response — turning the “fight or flight” impulse into focused presence and purposeful action.
Our approach blends field-tested techniques with transformative experience: performance breathing, mindfulness, and individual purpose reflection are combined with physically engaging activities like rock climbing, free diving, and endurance challenges. Participants gain insight into their personal response patterns and learn to modulate stress for sustained decision-making. We also provide foundational training in functional mobility, compact-environment fitness, nutrition, and recovery — all designed for those living and working in restrictive, high-risk contexts. This is not just training — it’s strategic embodiment for crisis leadership.
Upon request, we offer Crisis Performance Certification levels 1 (foundations) and 2 (advanced).

We offer crisis performance workshops in Catalunya / Spain, combining physical experiences with the teaching of self-management and performance techniques.

In 2024, we designed an experimental workshop for a UN team operating in a crisis setting.
