Our assignments usually last between two weeks and six months. We do not offer pre-packaged solutions.
Please note that we are currently planning engagements 2-3 months in advance, especially when travel is involved. We might sometimes be able to fit in an assignment on short notice, but we feel that the quality of engagement increases with solid advance planning.

Every assignment starts with listening. We take time to understand your needs, goals, and context - and shape the engagement accordingly. This early phase is about clarity: What are we trying to shift, and what does success look like here?
02Preparation & Intelligence Gathering

Once the scope is clear, we gather what we need. That means customizing tools, understanding decision cycles, collecting relevant data, and building a solid foundation. We work with a strong evidence-based mindset, but always with an eye on the people behind the data.
03Core Engagement Phase
This is where we go deep. We work closely with your team(s) - through workshops, dialogues, and collaborative sessions. Our goal is not just to deliver insights, but to build ownership. The best solutions come from inside the system, not from the outside.
04Production of Deliverables
Based on everything we’ve learned, we prepare what was agreed - reports, strategies, presentations, or white papers. We aim to keep things clear, grounded, and genuinely useful - not just polished on the surface.
05Calibration & Finalization
We always leave space to refine. This last phase ensures that what we’ve produced lands well and makes sense. We also support you in sharing key findings, framing decisions, and moving through your internal processes - so the work doesn’t just sit on a shelf.
